Such questions might concern where to find information relating to your premises, reporting defects and service disruptions; keys and access passes, cleaning and security, as well as our office hours etc.
If you need to know what applies during the rental period or how to create a sustainable indoor environment, or what to do when moving out and handing over, or if you need your premises modified, use the menu above or the quick links on the right to find out more. Here, new customers can also find useful information to make moving-in proceed smoothly.

Information
There are notice boards in the main entrances to all of our buildings with information about e.g. the customer account manager, building technician and 24-hour hotline for urgent building defects. We also include important information about upcoming maintenance or operational measures etc.
Defect reporting
Report emergency defects and matters relating to services (electricity, lifts, water, heating, ventilation) to our hotline on +46 31-772 49 37. Report all other defects via our website. Go to Defect reporting.
The building you use may be managed by another property owner. Find your way around using the map and images on our website. Go to My property.
Service disruptions
Information about known service disruptions can be found on our website. Go to Service information.
Entry, keys, passes and mailbox
The entrance door to your building is usually open during the day. The doors are locked on weekends, public holidays and during the vacation period. To change these times, contact your building technician.
Additional keys and passes are ordered and issued through your building technician. This also applies to your mailbox.
Signage
We want you and your company to be visible in the Chalmers campus area. Please contact your customer account manager with any questions about signage. We review the practicalities together and make sure that signs comply with Chalmers’ signage policy and any other requirements.
Security
Our buildings and the Chalmers campus area are guarded at night and during weekends by Cubsec Bevakning AB. In the case of intrusion or vandalism, call the area security guard on +46 31-772 44 99.
Cleaning
Chalmers’ service department handles the cleaning and most of our buildings. If you choose another cleaning company for your premises, it must be proactively engaged in environmental work and systematically choose eco-labelled products in the same way as Chalmers’ own cleaning services. Hypo-allergenic
All of our buildings and premises are non-smoking and hypo-allergenic. Because pets are not allowed in all buildings and premises in the Chalmers campus area, contact your customer account manager as to what applies in your area. This does not apply to guide dogs and assistance dogs.
Waste disposal
We take care of household waste disposal. All other waste and waste disposal is the tenant’s responsibility or according to the terms of the rental agreement.
Fire safety
The majority of our premises are equipped with automatic fire alarms connected directly to the fire and rescue service. It is strictly forbidden to block or keep emergency escape route doors open using wedges or similar. Escape routes must not be blocked and public areas must not be cluttered with rubbish or old furniture and so forth. Go to our customer portal.
Customer portal
Our customer portal is a separate, web-based system where customers and tenants can see specific fire protection rules and ongoing modifications to premises in their own particular buildings. Go to our customer portal.
Parking and parking permits
We work together with Parking in Gothenburg, which has been engaged to handle all sales, parking security and matters concerning parking in the Chalmers campus area.

E-invoices
We use electronic invoices, or e-invoices, which means bills are sent digitally to your computer or mobile instead of using regular mail. If you have any questions concerning connection to E-invoicing or in regard to an invoice or rental notice, please call our finance department on +46 31-772 62 00.
Updating your contact information
If you update your contact information or if someone else should receive information from us, please let your customer account manager know so that we’re always able to contact you and your colleagues to provide information that concerns your location.

Find your way around with the Campus Map app
It’s easy to navigate our campus areas using our Campus Map app. The app includes information about buildings, institutions, restaurants, cafés, ATMs and parking etc. For those who travel between or to and from campus areas, there is also information about bus and tram stops, bike rental stations and so forth.
Conference and meeting rooms
There are a number of options in the Chalmers campus area when your own premises are not enough or you simply want to hold your next meeting in creative, innovative surroundings that promote collaboration. Whether it’s a small management team meeting, training or a stimulating team-building event, there’s always a forum and the ability to meet, swap ideas and get to know the business community and academia.

Food and fika
Whether it’s time for lunch, great fika or a drink after work with your colleagues, you can stay safely put in the Chalmers campus area. In fact, we have a number of restaurants, cafés and hangouts with banqueting halls and catering facilities that serve and deliver high quality produce and dishes for every need, all year-round.
