We are happy to help with your case, but first we need to think about what to report. Please read how to report a problem and look at ongoing cases before you report your problem. This makes it easier for us to help you!

When should you report a fault?

Report errors that concern the operation of the building interior by clicking on the “Property” tab and the building exterior by clicking on the “External environment” tab below. Remember to check under “Ongoing cases” to ensure that the error has not already been reported to us. If you do not find an ongoing case that concerns the same error, you are welcome to submit a maintenance request to us.

Onsala rymdobservatorium är den svenska nationella anläggningen för radioastronomi. Målsättningen för observatoriet är att tillhandahålla observationsresurser av världsklass för de svenska och internationella astronomiska samfunden.

Onsala

Observatoriet driver två radioteleskop i Onsala, och är en av tre partner i APEX (Atacama Pathfinder Experiment), ett submillimeter-teleskop på 5000 meters höjd i Chile. Tillsammans med forskargruppen Global miljömätteknik är observatoriet ansvarigt för de vetenskapliga undersökningarna med Odin-satelliten. Utveckling av nya mottagare är en annan viktig del av observatoriets verksamhet.
Onsala rymdobservatorium driver två utvecklingslaboratorier, i Onsala och på Chalmersområdet (MC2). Laboratorierna utvecklar mottagare för den nationella anläggningens teleskop och för internationella projekt.
