On level 5, a larger shared meeting area is being established, jointly used by the departments.
A common meeting hub with adjacent lounges will create opportunities for interaction and collaboration among employees from different divisions and departments. The meeting hub will become a natural place for both spontaneous and scheduled meetings, and will also facilitate meetings with external visitors.
To meet the departments’ needs for spaces suitable for thesis defences, the tiered lecture hall on level 10—currently used for basic education—will be remodelled. Together with the existing meeting room “10:an” and with direct access from the new entrance on level 1, this will create an integrated facility that effectively meets the requirements for thesis defences, while also being well suited for other larger meetings and special gatherings.
