When should you report a fault?

Report errors that concern the operation of the building interior by clicking on the “Property” tab and the building exterior by clicking on the “External environment” tab below. Remember to check under “Ongoing cases” to ensure that the error has not already been reported to us. If you do not find an ongoing case that concerns the same error, you are welcome to submit a maintenance request to us.

What happens next?

1. Receiving

We will receive your maintenance request and you will receive a reply email in your inbox.

2. Work in progress

Our operations technician or contractor works to fix your maintenance request.

3. Status Update

Status updates will be provided during the work if needed.

4. Notice of Action

When your maintenance request has been fixed, you will receive an email in your inbox.
