When should you report a fault?

Report errors that concern the operation of the building interior by clicking on the “Property” tab and the building exterior by clicking on the “External environment” tab below. Remember to check under “Ongoing cases” to ensure that the error has not already been reported to us. If you do not find an ongoing case that concerns the same error, you are welcome to submit a maintenance request to us.

Byggnadernas rundade former har inspirerats av hur ringar på vattnet sprids – JSP och Chalmersfastigheter vann genom fastighetens färdigställande Glasbranschföreningens "Glaspriset 2016" som delas ut till Sveriges bästa glasbyggnadsprojekt.

JSP består av två sammanlänkade kontorshus som rymmer kreativa mötesplatser med kontor, lokaler, restaurang, kafé, konferensrum och lounge. Husen har gångbroar mellan sig för att lättare kunna främja spontana möten mellan akademi, näringsliv och samhälle. Ett business center skapat för samverkan och kreativt fokus. Husen kallas i folkmun “Guldhuset” och “Svartahuset”. I botten på guldhuset ligger restaurang OOTO.
